What is LEED?
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the most widely used third-party verification for green buildings at all stages of development. LEED certification points can be earned across several areas to demonstrate that a building or community was designed and built using strategies intended to improve performance in metrics such as energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts. Based on the number of points achieved, a project then receives one of four LEED ratings: Certified, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
How Envirolutions can help:
Contractors can have their loads analyzed and broken down to produce a LEED report for their clients. LEED provides an important verification process for businesses to ensure to their clients that they have the highest environmental and waste management standards.
Envirolutions Consulting conducts LEED waste audits for small, medium and large commercial buildings and complexes throughout Northern California. Our turnkey process completes the audit in only one night and fulfills the requirements of LEED to maintain your building’s status.
